Interesting Staistics about NAR

According to Federal Election Commission data, the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) contributed $3.75 million to make them the largest PAC contributor to U.S. Congressional candidates in the 2006 election. The next largest contributor at $2.95 million was The National Beer Wholesalers Association PAC, followed by The National Association of Home Builders' Build PAC with $2.90 million.

The  Realtor's RPAC's contributions were the most bi-partisan with 51 percent going to Republicans and 49 percent going to Democrats.

Great to see that the Dems are gaining market share!   I had expected it was still more lopsided than it appears to be.   Way to go, Democrat Realtors!   I'm glad to know I contributed to the near straight split.
