April Residential Sales Graph for Bellingham

Here is a graphical view of April's residential Real Estate Sales for Bellingham as compared to last year. Looks like we had a slight increase in average sales price. 9 fewer homes sold this year and they took 12 more days to sell. I will have a similar chart for condo's in Bellingham coming soon.

Yet Another Real Estate Website Predictor

Yet another entry into the cyberspace world of Real Estate. It is called Housing Predictor, you guessed it, they are predicting what the housing markets are doing nationwide, in 250 markets, state by state. They claim to be constantly updating thier data. I wonder if they will give us some real time data as to how well there predictions were say last month or last year. I am sure there will be lots more of these types of sites coming to the web soon.
