Day 102 – 365 Things To Do In Bellingham, WA – Bellingham Cycle Works

Summer has finally arrived, get out and ride your bike.  If your ride has been sitting in the garage all winter collecting cobwebs or you ride so hard it needs a tune up, get down to one of Fairhaven’s newest businesses,Bellingham Cycle Works at 905 Harris Ave.

They just do repairs and tune-up and sell a few parts, if you want to buy a bike you’ll have to go elsewhere.

They say “Bellingham Cycle Works was born out of simplicity. We don’t want to sell you bikes, we don’t want to sell you extra stuff, we just simply want to repair your bike. We just want it to run well. We just want you to have fun, with two pedals beneath your feet.”

Don’t let bad credit stop you from buying a home.

Yes it’s true you can get your credit restored to buy a home.

Here’s the secret to credit bureaus don’t want you to know. In 1971 the U.S. Congress passed the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Buried in this bill is section 609 where Congress required any information reported about you on your credit report must be backed up “verifiably prove.” The credit bureaus do not have any proof, and they never have since the laws passed, so they been operating outside the law for the past 39 years.
The credit bureaus rely on banks, finance companies, credit card companies, etc. to provide them with accurate information but not the actual documents. But that’s not what the law says. As a matter of fact the law requires the credit bureaus to permanently remove any derogatory remarks on the report without the proof and they can never put them back or stand to be fined $1000 for each item they report. This includes bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, late payments, and any other negative remarks on the credit report.
I’m working with a company who has over 11 years experience, over 165,000 clients, over 5 million line translations, they had never lost a single case.
It’s not a quick fix, it takes some time, but it can be done.
So if you have a down payment, a good job, but bad credit stop you from buying a new home, there is help.
You can reach me at 360-739-6981 and I can help you get started down the road to getting your credit restored so you can buy home.

A Fairhaven Neighborhood Tour

Take a tour of one of Fairhaven's most popular neighborhoods, close to Marine Park and the Bellingham Cruise terminal.

It's a neighborhood of mostly older craftsman style homes with lots of character, with a sprinkling of condos as well as some newer homes and additions. It's a nice short distance into the Historic District and also close to the dog park. Great for bicycles and close to the bay for kayakers. A quiet neighborhood with no major thoroughfare, and limited access through only a few streets. It's no wonder it's such a popular neighborhood 's.

There are a few homes for sale in the neighborhood. I have one at 614 Donovan Ave.

If you'd like to find a home in Fairhaven or any other neighborhood in Bellingham or Whatcom County, I'd be glad to help you.
